I recently appointed MM Surveys to carry out a Building Survey on a property that I am intending to purchase and am writing to let you know how pleased I am with the service provided.

Firstly, the quote and advice provided by Michelle was extremely helpful to me. Michelle forwarded examples of what I was likely to receive and called me to talk through the options.

The booking was then quickly expedited by Sarah France and the survey carried out by the local surveyor who, as per my verbal request, called and met up with me to discuss the salient points.

My first contact with MM Surveys was made on 23rd November, the survey was carried out on 26th and the report issued to me on 30th November. Given that house buying is a stressful activity, it was great to have the survey work carried out so professionally and quickly.

The person who contacted me to confirm the quote was very professional and helpful. The lady who booked the order was also very helpful and professional and the report was delivered on the day promised. Impressed by this.. The only minor issue i had was that the surveyor never returned our phone call since we had one or two questions about the report that was issued to us. We left a message and have to receive a call back.
